I’m not sure why I don’t remember this show since I’m sure I was the prime marketing target for this type of thing. I suppose that could be the reason it was canceled after 1 season; though watching the trailer leads me to believe otherwise. For one, this was created by the same group that introduced us to Baywatch. I have a feeling the older audience was either still busy watching Baywatch or simply getting tired of the pathetic excuses to show women in Bikinis on TV. Not to mention Terry “Hulk” Hogan, whom we’re somehow lead to believe became the sole proprietor of the most bad ass boat known to man.

I guess its rather easy to see why Thunder in Paradise was canceled.

The plan is to drop them from aircraft and annoy everyone on the planet.

This thing is pretty impressive - especially the accuract. If you’ve ever fired a paintball gun you know how erratic they can be. For this device to compensate for the recoil is truly a feat of engineering. If these two young men can do this with off the shelf hardware you can just imagine the military’s take on this project which I can assure you has probably been under development for decades.

Look closely at his guitars.

I don’t like war. I do, however, soak up the images and video that spawn from it. It really is true what they say about war becoming a video game - the thermal imagery strips those on the ground of their identities and turns them into just another target. It is not for me to say whether anyone in this video had a right to do what they’ve done or even whether or not those on the bad end of the boom deserved what they got. I know I’m not interested in participating and thats why I’m not in the armed forces, but here’s some video for you to watch and perhaps enjoy at the expense of about 500 billion American taxpayer’s dollars and countless lives.

has there ever been a better video?

New Humvee

The US Military requested proposals for a new line of light vehicles to replace the current generation Humvee on February 5th of this year. The original proposal that led to the current Humvee was issued about five years before the first one rolled off the assembly line. Could this be what we see trolling for oil 5 years for now?
